摘　　要：孟子是战国中期儒家学派的主要代表人物 ,他继承并发展了孔子所创立的儒家学说。仁政学说是孟子最重要的政治思想。本文试图分析孟子仁政学说产生的时代背景 ,探讨其主要内容 ,并试图对其作出客观公正的评价。Mencius was the main representative figure of the Confucian school of the Warring States period. He inherited and developed the theory of the Confucian school. And the policy of benevolence is the most important political thought of Mencius. This thesis will analyse the historical background of the policy of benevolence, make an inquiry into its main content, and make an objective and impartial appraisal.
