陆地棉花粉及柱头生活力的研究

摘　　要：以11个陆地棉品种(系)为亲本,组配成7个组合,在8:30至17:30的10个时间段,分别给母本柱头授以自然花粉及冰箱保存花粉,以杂交结实特性为考查指标,研究棉花花粉及柱头生活力表现。分析认为,当地自然条件下,柱头活力为1.5d,开花当天柱头活力呈"不对称双峰"特征,9:30～10:30及15:30～16:30是柱头活力旺盛时段。花粉活力可维持1d,以9:30～10:30生活力较强,随时间推后,花粉活力大幅度衰减。依据本试验结果,就棉花杂优利用制种工作的授粉方法及技术进行讨论。7 crosses from 11 lines of upland cotton were made. At 10 intervals from 8:30 to17:30,pistil stigma of female parents were pollened with natural pollen and pollen storaged in refrige respectively. Seeding properties were used as research characters to study the viability of pollen and pistil stigma of upland cotton. The results showed that the pistil stigma was one and a half days of viability at local natural conditions. On the flowering day, the viability of pistil stigma showed a double-peak unsymmetrical characteristic, with higher viability from 9:30 to 10:30 and 15:30 to 16:30. The pollen longtive of validity was only one day. Pollen viability from 9:30 to 10:30 was higher. As the time went on, pollen viability quickly declined. Based on the results, the pollination methods and techniques on seed works of cotton heterosis utilization was discussed.
