摘　　要：第二课堂的设置,促进、帮助了学生更加适应时代和社会的发展,提高学生综合素质,鼓励学生的个性发展, 它成为常规课堂教学工作的有效补充。The establishment of 'the Extracurricular Course in P.E' promoted greatly the development of the integrated qualities of the students and helped them be more adapted with the evolution of the whole society, It also helped to promote the personalities of the students. Therefore, 'the Extracurricular Course in P.E' reinforced the process of teaching as the efficient complementarities.
