摘　　要：数字化图书文献的合理使用问题是近年来学术界关于数字版权的激烈讨论中的热点。有人主张废除甚至限制合理使用以维护版权人在数字时代的利益 ;反对者则主张废除合理使用制度有可能损害公众利益。本文在分析传统合理使用制度价值特征已经各国关于数字化图书文献合理使用之立法的基础上 ,结合我国数字技术发展的现状探讨我国数字化图书文献合理使用制度的建构模式。The proper use of digital books literature has been the hot discussion topic in the recent academic field on digital copyright.
