摘　　要：根据金融管理信息系统互联互通的发展要求 ,提出了借鉴美国国防信息基础设施公共操作环境 ( DII COE)的思想进行系统的技术体系结构设计的思路 。According to financial MIS development demand for Interconnection and Intercommunication, this paper proposes the approach of designing the technical architecture of financial MIS by making use of the concept of DII COE and analyses it based on an instance of commercial bank s MIS.
