中药方剂对实验性发热模型动物体温的影响

摘　　要：目的观察相关中药方剂(一至六号方)退热的药理作用。方法给大鼠注射酵母菌,给家兔注射内毒素,复制发热模型,测定药后各时间点肛温,计算各时间点体温变化。结果一至六号方均有不同程度的退热作用,其中一号方、三号方、四号方对内毒素引起的体温升高的抑制作用比较明显,二号方和四号方对酵母菌引起的体温升高的抑制作用比较明显。结论一至六号方对实验性发热模型动物体温有不同程度的缓解作用,尤其是四号方有良好的应用前景。Objective To explore the pharmacological function of traditional Chinese medicinal formula(No.1-No.6 Recipe).Methods Yeast was injected to rats,and endotoxin to rabbits to replicate the pyretic model.Anus temperatrue at each time point was determined to calculate the changes of temperature.Results All the No.1-6 Recipes had the antipyretic function to some extent,among which,NO.1,3,4 showed obvious inhibitory effect on the rising of temperature induced by endotoxin,while No.2 and 4 showed obvious inhibitory...
