丹参与环磷酰胺治疗小鼠白血病心脏浸润的实验研究

摘　　要：目的比较化疗药物环磷酰胺(CTX)加丹参与 CTX 治疗小鼠白血病心脏浸润的疗效。方法建立小鼠白血病模型(L615),用羟脯氨酸检验试剂盒测定小鼠心肌羟脯氨酸含量。以 N-乙酰半胱氨酸激活法检测小鼠心肌肌酸肌酶含量。结果 CTX 加丹参组比 CTX 组小鼠的白血病细胞心脏浸润率明显降低(P<0.05),羟脯氨酸及肌酸肌酶含量 CTX 加丹参组较 CTX 组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论 CTX 加丹参组较单纯CTX 治疗白血病心脏浸润更有效。Objective To compare the therapeutic efficacy of cyclophosphamide(CTX)alone and combination of CTX and salviae miltiorrhiza(CTX-SM)in treating leukemia with heart infiltration(LHI).Methods Mice model of leukemia(L615)were es- tablished.Myocardial content of hydroxyproline(HP)was detected by test kit,and that of creatine kinase(CK)tested by N- acetylcysteine activation method.Results The heart infiltration,and the myocardial contents of HP and CK were significantly lowered in the model mice treated by CTX-SM...
