摘　　要：目的:评价经胃左动脉灌注药物治疗晚期贲门癌的疗效。方法:经皮穿刺超选择性胃左动脉内插管灌注化疗药顺铂等,多次治疗者间隔4用给药一次。结果:58例患者治疗后临床症状缓解,病情好转。结论:经胃左动脉灌注药物治疗晚期贲门癌近期疗效明显、安全可靠、耐受性好、副反应发生率低。Objective To evaluate the effect of left gastric arterial infusion chemotherapy for advanced cardiac carcinoma. Methods The transcutaneous arterial catheterization and super - selective left gastric arterial infusion chemotherapy were performed in 58 patients. PDD and some other drugs were used for arterial infusion chemotherapy . The infusion chemotherapy was given every 4 weeks for patients who received more than one times of treatment.
