书院的教学特点对现代教学改革的启示

摘　　要：书院是我国古代特有的教育组织形式。既是教学活动的中心,又是学术研究的胜地。在教学特色上注重学生个性,提倡教学相长,在教育史上占有重要地位和作用。文章根据书院的教学特点提出了对现代教学改革的启示。Academy of Classical Learning is a particular form of educational institution in ancient China. It is not only the center of teaching activities, but also the resort for scientific research. The Academy of Classical Learning, which plays an important part in education history, emphasizes the students?individualities and advocates the benefits of both teachers and students. The article here is to discuss the enlightenment on contemporary teaching reforms gained from the features of teaching in the Academy.
