摘　　要：知识经济的来临,推动了高等教育的迅猛发展,也给高校档案工作带来了新的机遇和挑战,面对高校改制出现的新情况、新问题,高校档案工作需要及时更新观念,积极变革运行机制,使其更好地为高校教学、科研、行政、后勤等部门服务,真正体现档案的价值。The coming of knowledge-based economy promotes the rapid development of higher education in China. As a result,archive administration in college faces the new challenges and opportunities as well. With new situation and problems emerging from the innovation of higher institutes, the archive administration demands the corresponding innovations of its operating system and value in order to better serve the relevant departments of teaching,researching,administrating and logistics of higher institutes.
