摘　　要：对于层次分析法中不满足一致性条件的判断矩阵,提出了一种新的有效校正方法.该方法只校正判断矩阵的一行一列.首先,确定判断矩阵中应校正的行与列;然后,构造一个具有较好一致性的中间判断矩阵,极大吸取原来判断矩阵中专家判断的一致性信息,该中间判断矩阵能有效度量保留了原来判断矩阵的多少信息;最后,利用取整函数确定新的判断矩阵.该方法校正速度快,新的判断矩阵元素具有明确含义,实例表明该方法是有效的.By using the date of source judgment matrix, used of ideas of variant firstly decided improvable rank, a media judgment matrix is secondly proposed to meet the demand of consistence. Then, based upon the matrix, a new judgment matrix is suggested with the method of intergrating functions to meet the demands of the consistence exam. The new judgment matrix possessed more messages of source judgment matrix and posistive ideas. Examples indicate that this method is both feasible and effective.
