摘 要:烹调油烟已经成为城市三大公害之一,对环境和人体健康造成了巨大危害,油烟治理势在必行。本文介绍了油烟的组成、分析方法和主要危害,阐述了各类油烟净化技术的技术特点,分析了油烟净化的国内外研究动态,指出催化燃烧技术是油烟污染控制技术的发展趋势。Cooking fume is one of the three municipal complaints, and it does great harm to environment and humen health, so its emission control must be imperative under the situation. In this paper the harmfulness, the component and some analysis methods about cooking fume were introduced, and the working principles, technical characteristics and application research of some various purifying technologys were summarized. The necessity and urgency of developing the catalytic combustion technology for control of emissions from restaurant operations were reviewed.
