摘  要:目的 :评价以氧气为对比剂的螺旋CT仿真膀胱镜诊断膀胱肿瘤的价值。方法 :对 2 0例拟诊为膀胱肿瘤患者膀胱排空、充满氧气后 ,行螺旋CT扫描 ,将获得的CT容积数据经计算机进行后处理 ,重建类似传统膀胱镜的图像。结果 :仿真膀胱镜诊断膀胱癌 1 9例 ,前列腺癌尿道内口周围浸润生长 1例。其中最小肿瘤直径仅为 0 .3cm ,位于膀胱顶近颈部。结论 :以氧气为对比剂的螺旋CT仿真膀胱镜检查无盲区 ,可观察到肿瘤浸润深度 ,且所获图像清晰 ,较之以碘剂为对比剂更易被患者接受 。Purpose:To evaluate the value of virtual cystoscopy by spiral CT using oxygen as contrast material in the diagnosis of bladder tumor.Methods:Spiral CT scans were done in 20 patients with clinically suspected bladder tumor, whose bladder were filled with oxygen as contrast, and the images of the vesical inner walls were reconstructed by spiral CT soft ware.Results:19 cases of bladder cancers and 1 case of prostate cancer with invasion of bladder neck were found by spiral CT virtual cystoscopy. The smallest diameter of tumor mass was 3 mm. Only in 1 case the tumor situated in the dome near bladder neck was not detected by conventional cystoscopy but found by virtual cystoscopy.Conclusions:CT virtual cystoscopy is an efficacious and noninvasive technique, which can serve as a supplement to conventional cystoscopy.
