摘　　要：介绍了一种基于网络的计算机水、电管理系统 ,该系统具有数据采集、实时通讯、数据管理及网络服务等多种功能 .阐述了系统的主要功能和特点 ,并分析了系统的工作原理及软。Based on network an intelligent management system for water and electricity is introduced, which has the function of data acquisition, communication, data management and network service, etc. Meanwhile, the main function and characteristic of the system, working principle and design of software and hardware are also analyzed.
