摘　　要：本文通过对收费系统中换卡作弊可能性的分析 ,在比较了车牌人工输入和自动车牌识别系统在防止换卡作弊优劣的基础上 ,提出了建立超时表和增加入口车道摄像机 。This paper analyzes the possibility of cheat by exchanging the transit card in toll system ,based on comparison between manual and automatic vehicle plate identification systems ,and puts forward the design of timeout table and setting enter lane camera to improve the performance and efficiency of toll system and to prevent cheat by exchanging the transit card
