摘　　要：本文主要介绍了一种智能 PID调节器的实现及其分析方法 ,并结合棒材加热炉煤气热风开环控制存在的问题 ,应用智能 PID控制器进行改造 ,实现了闭环控制 ,取得较满意的控制效果 。The realization of an intelligent PID controller and its analysis method are primarily introduced.By examining the problem in opened loop control of COG pressure in bar heating stove,an intelligent PID controller is proposed.The intelligent PID can realize closed loop control,and the control effect is satisfied.Meanwhile,the control level in heating stove is increased.
