摘　　要：分析了位置敏感探测器 PSD特性对测量系统的影响。试验表明 PSD的非线性误差可通过数学处理加以校正 ,环境温度漂移± 0 .1℃引起的 PSD输出变化可以忽略。分析了背景光、光源强度、光源均匀性、光斑大小等对The effect of PSD on the measuring system is analyzed. The experiments show that the nonlinear output of PSD is corrected by mathematics method; the change that is caused by the ±0.1℃ temperature shift is ignored. The effect on PSD from the background light, the source intensity, the homogeneity of source, the size of light spot are analyzed.
