摘  要:煤矿井下煤尘含量高,对工人的身体健康和安全生产构成的危害大。目前粉尘常见的检测装置通常需要有机械转动部分、且结构复杂。根据粉尘粒子的光辐射原理,采用光电器件对煤尘浓度进行了实验研究,设计出了粉尘信号检测、信号处理和数字显示电路。A/D转换和显示驱动电路由一块ICL7106芯片构成,简化了电路结构。该检测电路能对煤矿井下煤尘浓度进行连续检测。The content of coal dust is high below the coal mine, and it is great harmful to the health of worker body and security of production. The common detection devices for coal dust at present are usually need mechani- cal moving parts, and their structure are complicate. According to the principle of light radiation of dust particle, the experiment research adopting photoelectricity devices to detecting the density of dust has conducted. The sig- nal detection circuit of coal dust density, signal disposing, and digit display were designed. The A/D converting and display driving circuits are constructed by one ICL 7106, so the circuit construction is simplified. The detec- tion could consecutively detect the density of coal dust density below the coal mine.
