摘　　要：微粒检测仪是医药行业中重要的仪器,这里介绍一种基于光阻法的微粒检测仪的研制,智能化程度高、检测快速、准确、精度高,可应用于医药、化工等领域进行微粒分析,是一种理想的微检检测装置。Particle detector is an important instrument in the field of pharma detection. In this paper, the devel- opment of the new particle detector based on light-blocking theory is introduced, It has many advantages, such as more intelligence, more efficiency and more accuracy. It is an ideal particle detector used in pharma and chem- ical fields.
