摘　　要：论述了我国中小学基础环境教育的现状及存在的问题,提出了中小学环境教育的内容、途径以及实施原则。This article discussed the present situation and problems of the based environmental education in the high school and grade school in our country,brought forward the content,approach and implement principle of the environmental education in the high school and grade school.
