摘　　要：介绍了我国目前总量收费和环境统计制度,分析了总量收费和环境统计工作中存在的问题,阐述了发挥环境统计作用的重要性,并提出了若干建设性的建议。Relative regulations on environmental statistic and total amount charging were introduced.Some problems in environmental statistic and total amount charging were analysed, while the importance of environmental statistic in total amount charging was expatiated. According to enhance environmental statistic effect in total amount charging, some countermeasures were discussed.
