摘　　要：医疗质量零缺陷与人文关怀的结合体现了医学对人们心理和社会因素的关怀。从而进一步认清传统生物医学模式下形成的观念严重妨碍了人文关怀的实现。因而,在医学中倡导人文关怀是必要的,医疗质量零缺陷与人文关怀的结合,不仅体现了医学管理模式在实践中的深化,也包括了质量问题首先是人的问题。The combination between medical quality zero deficiency and humane care is dependant on the care in medicine both pstchological and soial factors. But the view in traditional medical model has obstacle the realise of humane care. So, it's necessary to advocate humane care in medicine. The combination between medical quality zero deficiency and humane care is not only to put further medicine management model into practice, but to include quality question, firstly, the question of person.
