摘　　要：加入WTO后,医院如何适应新形势下的人才战、价格战、硬件战、信息战,如何拓展医疗市场,在竞争中发展壮大,提高医疗质量,提高服务水平。正确利用资本市场,不仅是筹资发展的一条理想有效途径,在医院改革与管理上,也是一种与时俱进的管理创新,很值得研究探索。Since China joined WTO, Chinese hospital should adapt to new situation and take measures to develop the medical market and improve the medical skills and services. According to present condition, how to utilize capital market correctly are not only an effective way of raisiag money for hospital development, but also a model innovation in hospital management.
