摘　　要：系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)小鼠模型的研究对揭示SLE发病原因、发病机制及探索治疗方法具有重要价值。本文介绍了几种SLE小鼠模型的研究近况,以BXSB小鼠为主,同时介绍(NZBxNZW)F1、MRL/lpr及诱导的SLE样小鼠,从小鼠的品系来源、发病特点、免疫学特征、相关基因以及治疗状况等几个方面进行了综述。The study on systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) models is very important for revealing etiology and pathogenesis and exploring the plan on treatment. Several SLE models, including BXSB mice,(NZBxNZW) F1 mice, MRL/lpr mice and induced SLE mice were introduced in this review. The paper also reviewed the source of mice, the character of the disease, immunology, related gene and treatment, and so on.
