摘　　要：游离氨基酸是烟草中一类重要的物质,直接影响烟草品质.用邻苯二甲醛/3-巯基丙酸作为衍生化试剂在自动进样器中自动衍生化,利用反相高效液相色谱/荧光检测器分离并测定了烟草样品中的游离氨基酸,此方法快速、高效,灵敏度高,精密度好,可用于烟草样品及其他植物样品的游离氨基酸分析.The free amino acid is an important compound in tobacco,and plays an important role in the formation of tobacco flavor.This paper describes an automated high-speed RPHPLC/FLD method,including precolumn derivatization with ophthaldialdehyde/3mercaptopropionic acid (OPA/3MPA).This method has high selectivity and sensitivity,is serviceable to quantitative analysis of free amino acids in tobacco.The whole analysis lasts 25?min.
