摘　　要：目的　探讨外周血白介素 6(IL 6)与阿尔茨海默病 (AD)载脂蛋白 (Apo)E等位基因型的相互关系。方法　分别测定 2 5例AD患者和 2 2例正常对照者的IL 6浓度及载脂蛋白E等位基因频率。结果　不携带ε4等位基因AD患者的IL 6显著高于正常对照者 (P <0 .0 5 )。不携带ε4等位基因AD患者的IL 6与临床痴呆分级量表 (CDR)及BLESSED痴呆量表 (BLESSED)呈正相关 ,与简易智能状态评定量表 (MMSE)、Fuld物体记忆测验 (FOM )呈负相关 ;在携带 ε4等位基因AD患者的IL 6与Blessed呈负相关 ,与FOM呈正相关。结论　AD患者外周血可能存在炎症反应 ,其与AD的病理、生理有关。推测AD患者的炎症反应受ApoEε4等位基因影响 。Objective To investigate the inter relationship of allelic type af apolipoprotein E and Il 6 peripheral blood and allele of apolipoprotein E of sporadic Alzheimer s disease (AD).
