摘　　要：目的 探讨腮腺浅叶区多形性腺癌的手术方法。方法 应用肥腺部分组织加瘤体切除的术式对116例腮腺浅叶多形性腺瘤进行治疗并分析。结果 该术式较原经典的浅叶加瘤体切除术具有术中创伤小、出血少、神经损伤少、术时短、术后面部凹陷畸形轻等优点,并保存了患者大部分腮腺功能。结论 腮腺部分组织加瘤体切除术是一种治疗腮腺浅叶区多形性腺瘤的成功术式。Purpose To discuss the operation methods for pleomorphic adenoma in superficial lobe area. Methods Performing operations on 116 patients for pleomorphic adenoma in superficial lobe area through excision to the partial parotid gland and its tumor.
