摘　　要：目的:提高肾上腺皮质肿瘤的诊治水平。方法:对45例临床病例进行回顾性研究。其中皮质醇症17例,原发性醛固酮增多症15例,无功能腺瘤13例。临床表现、内分泌生化检查、B超、CT或MRI应用于疾病的诊断。结果:45例均行手术治疗,术后均行病理检查,证实为肾上腺皮质腺瘤或癌。结论:术前明确诊断是肾上腺皮质肿瘤手术成功的前提。Objective:To improve diagnosis and treatment of adrenocortical tumor.Method:To analysis 45 cases of adrenocortical tumor.Among those,hypercortisolism was 17 cases,primary aldosteronism was15 cases,nonfunctional adenoma was 13cases.clinical manifestation,endocrine biochemical test,B type ultrasound,CT or MRI were used to diagnosis.Result:45 patients were all operated.Pathobiology examination were all done,which prove they were adrenocortical adenoma or adencarcinoma.Conclusion:To make sure of nature of adren...
