生长抑素与垂体后叶素治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:对生长抑素及垂体后叶素治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的临床疗效进行对比观察。方法:将80例食管胃底静脉出血患者分成2组:生长抑素组用国产十四肽生长抑素首次静脉推注250μg,继以250μg/h的速度静脉滴注24~96 h,垂体后叶素组用垂体后叶素首次静脉推注10 U垂体后叶素,继以0.2~0.4 U/h的速度静脉滴注24~96 h,进行临床疗效的对比观察。结果:生长抑素及垂体后叶素组的24 h止血率分别为39.5%和14.2%(P<0.05),死亡率分别为13.2%和33.3%(P<0.05)。结论:生长抑素治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的近期止血效果明显优于垂体后叶素,且副作用少,可作为治疗该病的理想药物。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Sandostatin compared with Pituitrin treating gastro-esophageal varices bleeding contrastively.Methods:Divided 80 patients with gastro-esophageal varices bleeding into two groups:Somatostatin group with 14 peptide domestic somatostatin in the first intravenous injection of 250 μg,followed by 250 μg/h speed 24～96 hour intravenous infusion;the Pituitrin group with Pituitrin first intravenous injection of 10 U,followed by 0.2～0.4 U/h speed 24～96 hour intrave...
