摘　　要：21世纪是人类的休闲时代。体育运动以其不拘一格的形式,丰富多彩的内容及其具有的生理学,心理学,社会学等多元价值而成为休闲时代人们参与休闲的主要方式。体育的休闲参与价值正越来越多地为人们所认识,并已成为发达国家休闲参与的主要方式,随着2008年北京奥运的举办,休闲体育也必将成为小康中国人们参与休闲的重要方式。The 21st century is the leisure era for human being.Sports become the main form of leisure which people take part in because of its multiplex patterns,varied content and the physiology,psychology,sociology values.The participation values of sports are recognized by more and more people;and sports have become the main form of leisure in developed countries.Along with the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,leisure sports are sure to become the main form of leisure in well-off China.
