摘　　要："市民社会"概念是马克思著作中的一个基本范畴。从法哲学批判到政治经济学分析,马克思的市民社会思想有一个逐步演变和提升的过程。马克思的市民社会思想不仅是马克思创立唯物史观的理论突破口,而且也是整个市民社会思想史上的重要一环。The concept of civil society is a basic category in Marx s works.Marx s civil society thought has an evolution and promotion process from the critical of law philosophy to the analysis of politics and economics.Marx s civil society thought is not only the theoretical break when Marx established the historical materialism,moreover is also an important link in the history of civil society thinking.
