摘 要:总结了几种国内外广为应用的磨粒冲蚀磨损模型,并分析了各个模型的冲蚀机制。利用数值分析方法对磨粒冲击过程进行了分析,选择Johnson-Cook模型作为材料的本构模型和失效模型,运用LS-DYNA求解器分析了石榴石粒子冲击45#钢的过程,通过多个粒子的连续冲击仿真,分析了材料的磨损率,从而验证了固体粒子的冲蚀机制;通过与实验模型进行材料迁移体积的计算比较得出,数值分析方法可以用来研究磨粒的冲蚀磨损行为。Several abrasive erosion model which were applied widely were summarized,and the erosive mechanism in each model was analyzed.Numerical method was used to analyze the process of particles impacting,Johnson-Cook material model was chosen as the target material constitutive model and its failure model,the process of garnet particles impacting on 45 steel was simulated by LS-DYNA code,several particles were used for continuous impacting,the mechanism of erosive was studied with the results.The losing volume af...
