东方田鼠卵巢癌模型病理学观察

摘　　要：在已建立的东方田鼠封闭群中,收集了12例患有自发性卵巢癌的病鼠,对其进行了病理观察和病理组织学分类,并通过透射电镜和扫描电镜,观察了它们的超微结构和细胞表面改变。结果发现东方田鼠自发性卵巢癌以腹水和恶病质为其主要临床表现,以类似于人类Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级浆液上皮性卵巢癌为其病理组织学特点。通过病理学比较,认为东方田鼠上皮性卵巢癌与人类上皮性卵巢癌极为相似,可作为一种极有价值的卵巢癌动物模型。This study was undertaken to analyze histopathologic and ultrastructural alterations of 12 cases of naturally-occurring epithelial ovarian cancer in a closed breeding of voles(microtus fortis) and the pathologic classification of epithelial ovarian cancer was performed according to WHO standard.The diseased voles were manifested clinically with ascites and cachexia.According to WHO standard,these epithelial ovarian cancer should belong to the I grade(high differentiation) and Ⅱ grade(middle differentiation)...
