摘　　要：目的:探讨胸膜孤立性纤维性肿瘤患者的临床、病理特征及外科诊断治疗。方法:回顾性分析8例胸膜孤立性纤维性肿瘤患者的临床、影像和病理学资料,并进行免疫组织化学检查及术后随访。结果:全组8例病人均经手术切除,肿瘤有完整包膜,病理证实为胸膜孤立性纤维性肿瘤。免疫组化显示:CD34(+)、Vim(+)、S100(-)。全组病人术后无并发症发生,均治愈出院。随访8～63月,无1例复发。结论:孤立性胸膜纤维性肿瘤依据临床影像特征及术前粗针穿刺活检可获诊断。肿瘤通常有完整包膜;易于完整切除,应积极采取手术治疗,疗效满意。Objedtive:To investigate the clinicopathelogical featrues and surgical diagnosis and treatment of solitary fibrous tumor of the pleura (SFTP). Methods:The cliniacal radiological and pathological features of 8 cases of SFTP were analized in our hospital from 1999.1 to 2007.9.
