摘　　要：在中国企业快速迅猛发展的今天,管理的重要性日益凸现。向军队学习管理成为热门话题。本文从使命感、执行力、精细化三个方面阐述向军队学习管理的重点,并指出在学习的过程中应重视"人性"的存在。nowadays, with the rapid development of chinese enterprises, the importance of management becomes more and more attractive. And learning the method from the army has become a hot topic. This research will discuss the key points of studying from such aspects as responsibility, enforcement, and accuracy, and point out the importance of "humanity"in the process of learning.
