摘　　要：虚拟企业内的信任问题是联盟取得成功的最重要的环节,大量虚拟企业的失败都可以归结为互相信任问题。本文探讨和剖析了虚拟企业内部成员企业在组建和运转过程中的相互信任问题,并提出了建立相互信任机制的各种有效措施。Trust in virtual corporation is the most important take in success of the whole union. Most of the failure of virtual enterprise is caused by trust problems. In this paper we explore and analyze relevant trust problems between each member in the formation and operation of virtual corporation and propose some effective measures to set up the trust mechanism.
