摘　　要：建立科学合理的人才评价机制对于激发创新型外语人才的积极性具有重要作用。本文针对构成创新型外语人才的各种因素,在层次分析基础上应用模糊数学的方法,构建了一个关于创新型外语人才评价的数学模型,给出关于创新型外语人才评价的数学方法。To inspire innovative foreign language talents enthusiasm, it is important to construct scientific talents evaluation system. This paper tries to analyze the elements that compose an innovative foreign language talent, and construct a mathematic model to give scientific evaluation with the help of Hierarchy Process.
