摘　　要：在高职学院建设发展的关键时期,作为学院发展中坚力量的中层干部队伍,其素质高低决定着学院各项工作完成的进度和速度,又关系着这些工作的成效和水平,更决定着学院办学目标能否顺利实现。本文从选拔任用、教育培养、管理考核等三个方面阐述了高职学院打造中层干部队伍的途径和方法。At the critical period of development of higher vocational college, the middle-rank cadre team, as the backbone of it, plays an important role. Their quality level determines not only the progress and speed of all tasks of the college, the achievements and levels, but also the smooth realization of college goals. This article is on the ways and means of building the middle-rank cadre team from the selection and appointment, education and training, management and assessment.
