摘　　要：为探讨积极开展科技练兵 ,提高医院群体人才素质 ,本文阐述了 1加强管理 ,把科技练兵和群体人才素质作为科技兴院的战略任务 ;2拓宽知识 ,把分层次和全方位提高新知识作为医院科技练兵的主要内容 ;3优化成才环境 。To discuss the developing training with science and tech, improving the quality of the hospital personnel, the author illustrated viewpoints as followed: First, strengthening management, taking training and personnel quality as strategic mission, second, increasing the knowledge, taking new knowledge as main content of the training, third, optimizing growing circumstance, taking talent showing itself as goal of developing hospital.
