摘　　要：从商务英语教学面临的挑战和存在的问题探讨跨文化交际能力之重要及其不足,进一步分析了如何培养学生跨文化交际能力,改革商务英语教学,使学生毕业后能使用外语这门工具成功地进行跨文化交际。This paper first deals with the importance and disadvantages of cross-cultural communication a-bilities from the points of challenge and problems that business English teaching faces. Then it is trying to analyze how to develop cross-cultural communication abilities and find a good way for business English teaching so that students can communicate with them successfully after graduation.
