普通高校学生足球裁判员培养的探索

摘　　要：培养学生足球裁判员是客观形势发展的需要 ,是亟待研究的新课题。目前 ,学生足球裁判员由于参与和学习的机会少 ,经验普遍不足 ,整体水平不高 ,团结协作的精神欠缺 ,应通过加强理论学习 ,确定思想 ,提高素质等教育教学措施来进一步加强学生足球运动员的培养。With the objective situation development, it is necessary that a new task,training student football referees,has to be settled urgently. In view of existing situation of the physical education in common colleges and universities, we have carried out some reforms,practices and explorations to enhance the competence and comprehensive quality of student football referees,thus to promote physical education in higher educational institutions and lay a solid foundation for mass body builing activities and life long physical education.
