中年人埋伏阻生智齿的外科治疗

摘　　要：目的　探讨中年人埋伏阻生智齿的外科治疗。方法　通过手术方法拔除 2 0 0例中年人埋伏阻生智齿。结果　 2 0 0例中 190例术后伤口一期愈后 ,10例发生术后并发症 ,经随访 ,10例患者经过适当治疗均痊愈。结论　根据中年人全身及局部特点埋伏阻生智齿应该拔除 。Objective To discuss surgical treatment of middle-aged person's embed-impacted wisdom tooth. Methods pull out 200 middle-aged person's embedded-impacted wisdow teeth by means of opoeration. Results Of 200 cases, 190 patients recovered at the first stage after operation and complicating disease after operation occurred in 10 patients, who all recovered after proper care. Conclusion With of middle-aged person's all body and partial characteristics, hazardness of embed-impacted wisdom teeth must be stressed to prevent occurrence of more serious complicating disease with growth of the age.
