摘　　要：知识资本是知识经济时代特有的一种资本形态 ,是人类社会经济发展到一定阶段的必然产物。知识资本将在组织结构、管理方式、市场营销、发展战略等各个方面对企业产生重要影响 ,所以企业必须根据知识资本的特点对其进行有效管理。Knowledge capital is a special capital form of knowledge economy and it is an inevitable product as the result of the development of society and economy.Knowledge capital will bring about great effects on enterprise structure, management style, marketing logistics, development strategy and so on. So enterprise should effectively manage and control its knowledge capital according to its traits.
