摘　　要：为了准确鉴定我国东北地区恙虫病东方体基因型 ,采用PCR ,PCR/RFLP及PCR/SSCP等技术对我国东北地区的恙虫病东方体Sta 5 6目的基因进行分析 ,并与国际参考株进行比较。结果表明 ,东北地区恙虫病东方体分离株至少存在 2种型别 ,但基因序列可能存在遗传差异。In order to identify the gene type of Orientia tsutsugamushi (Ot) isolated from North-eastern China, PCR, PCR/RELP, and PCR/SSCP were used to analyze the Sta 56 gene of the Ot and made a comparison between the Ot with international reference strains. The results showed that at least two different types exists in North-eastern China, yet there might exist hereditary differences in gene sequences.
