摘　　要：CS- ACEL P是 ITU- T规定的 8kb/ s语音编码标准即 G.72 9称为共轭结构代数码激励线性预测技术 ,是一种比较通用且有较高语音质量的语音压缩技术。介绍了 CS- ACEL P编码算法的特殊码书结构、高效码书搜索策略等结构特点 ,并提出采用 MATL AB语言实现的方法 。This paper describes the 8kb/s speech coding algorithm G 729 which has been standardized by ITU T.The algorithm is based on a conjugate structure algebraic CELP(CS ACELP)coding technique,which can realize a high quality and low delay speech coder.This paper introduces the CS ACELP coder structure and its central aspects are analyzed in detail such as the special codebook structure,efficient codebook search strategies,and speech improving approaches.MATLAB is adopted in realization of the algorithm,moreover the test result of the performance is attained.
