摘　　要：针对电站锅炉的烟气流量难于测量问题,提出了一种基于易测参数的在线软测量模型,并以管式空气预热器作为监测对象,给出了具有通用性的模型计算方法。利用工控机与IDCB-893相结合的分布式计算机数据采集方法,实现了在线监测过程的工程应用。As it is difficult to measure the flue gas flow of boiler in power stations, a on-line soft-measuring model based on easy measured parameters is proposed. Although the model is obtained by air-preheater, it can also be used for other objects in flue gas path of the boiler. With the industry computer and IDCB-893 devices, the distributed data acquisition system can be used for real industrial process.
