文秘类人才社会需求的调查和分析

摘　　要：该文运用大量的实际数据说明文秘人才在社会上的需求数量和需求类型 ;从社会、经济发展等角度 ,论证了文秘人才需求量增长的必然性 ;指出汉语言文学专业必须围绕培养实用型人才而进行一系列的教学改革。Lots of data were employed in this article to specify the amount and types of the secretaries needed by the society; the inevitability of the increasing amount of secretaries was expounded in the light of the development of society and economy; and it was pointed out that the teaching of Chinese language literature should be reformed with focus on cultivating applicable talented people.
