摘　　要：目的　探讨彩色多普勒超声对眼眶内肿瘤定性、定位诊断的价值。　方法　对 32例经手术病理证实的各种眼眶内肿瘤的彩色多普勒超声声像图进行回顾性比较分析。　结果　彩色多普勒高频超声能较好显示眶内病变的位置、内部结构 ;定位诊断准确率高 ,但定性诊断准确率较低 ,对良、恶性肿瘤区别较好 ;彩色多普勒血流显示与肿瘤病理性质有关。Objected\ To investigate the value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of quality and location of the intraorbital tumors.\ Methods\ The retrospective analysis by comparison of the diagnosis of color Doppler ultrasonography and the diagnosis of pathology after surgery was made in 32 cases of various kinds of intraorbital tumors.\ Results\ The color Doppler ultrasonography could distinguish the malignant and benign tumors, but the accuracy rate in diagnosis of specific tumor quality was relativ...
