扶正抑瘤饮和全量、半量氟尿嘧啶联用对胃癌细胞的抑制作用

摘　　要：目的:研究扶正抑瘤饮(简称中药)联用全量、半量血浆峰浓度氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)对体外胃癌细胞增殖的影响。方法:中药分别联用全量、半量血浆峰浓度5-Fu,并以全量血浆峰浓度5-Fu(125 μg/ml)为对照。采用 MTT、法观察各组对胃癌细胞的抑制作用。结果:与5-Fu 组比较,中药加半量5-Fu 组对8801、MGC-803细胞株抑瘤率差异无显著性;对 SGC-7901细胞株,抑瘤率高于单用5-Fu 组(P<0.05)。对8801细胞株,中药加全量5-Fu 组与5-Fu 组比较抑制率差异无显著性;对 SGC-7901、MGC-803细胞株,中药高浓度联用组抑瘤率显著高于5-Fu 组(P<0.05)。结论:中药对不同分化程度的胃癌细胞的增殖均有不同程度的抑制作用。且中药可增强半量血浆峰浓度5-Fu 的抑瘤率,高浓度的中药可增强血浆峰度5-Fu 对部分肿瘤细胞株的抑瘤作用。Objective:To study the effect of combined use of Fuzheng Yiliu Yin(FYY)and 5-fluorouracil(5-Fu)in full or half dose(for reaching plasma peak concentration)on multiplication of gastric cancer cells in vitro.Methods:FYY combined with full or half dose of 5-Fu was used to trot the cancer cells,with full dose of 5-Fu was taken as control.Inhibitory effect was determined with MTT method.Results:Cancer cell inhibition of FYY+half dose 5-Fu on 8801 and MGC-803 cell strains was the same as that of the control group...
