桂枝汤对大鼠佐剂性关节炎的防治作用研究

摘　　要：以 4、7、9 4 g/kg剂量的桂枝汤于致炎前三天开始灌胃给药 ,可显著抑制佐剂性关节炎大鼠的急性足爪肿胀和继发性足肿胀 ,明显抑制继发性关节炎关节液中IL 1β、TNF α的活性 ,桂枝汤低剂量还可降低关节液中的PGE2 含量。提示桂枝汤具有防治佐剂性关节炎的作用 ,其抑制炎症细胞因子的活性和炎症介质的含量 。Guizhi Decoction(GZD) can significantly inhibit primary acute inflammatory swelling and secondary inflammatory reaction in rats and inhibit the activity of IL-1β,TNF-α in joint fluids of secondary arthritis by giving GZD (4.7,9.4g/kg,ig) three days before modeling.And GZD (4.7g/kg,ig) can significantly decrease the level of PGE 2 also.The results indicate GZD can prevent and cure adjuvant arthritis in rats.GZD inhibiting the activity of cytokines and decreasing the level of inflammation mediators maybe one...
